Accountant For Burger King
Burger King Egypt Is Hiring Petty Cash Accountant
Job Description
Reviewing invoices/sort and matches invoices and check requests to avoid discrepancies.
Verifying all petty cash requests in accordance with maximum reimbursable value and authorized signature.
Preparing usage analysis of the petty cash to create a basis for the replenishment of the account.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and paid on time.
Reconciliation of payments of petty cash requests and expenses.
Preparing the petty cash journal and ledger entries.
Ensuring that all the petty cash requests are accompanied with proper purchase documents.
Making reimbursements according to the company policies.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance and accounting
Bachelor’s degree in accounting related field from an accredited college.
Computer skills.
Well versed with accounting transactions
Considerable knowledge of accounting software
Considerable knowledge of the bookkeeping, and accounting duties of the office.
Very good command of English. Language.
Excellentknowledge of MS Office (Specially Excel)
