Academic Services Coordinator
Job Purpose:
To assist in revising graduates’ data before the issuance of their academic degrees.
To assist in issuing, verifying and handing students’ academic degrees and other statements they may need / request.
To assist in revising the academic degrees issued by the UK validating universities.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect requests from students and graduates to issue various degree certificates and academic statements.
Follow up on the process of issuing certificates and other academic statements until it is handled to the documents seeker.
Maintain the physical archiving of requests and other relevant documents.
Respond to queries received from students and graduates on relevant matters.
Acting as the front office to support students and graduates with the issuance of their academic documents.
Provide verifications for graduates and students to employers and military service.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Relevant Field
Experience:
0-2 years’ Experience
Technical Skills:
MS Office
