We are Hiring a Telesales Agent.
Basic Salary 6 K + Commission .
Fixed days off ( Friday and Saturday ).
Shifts 10 Am to 6 Pm

Company Description

ForAll.FA is an application that serves users, institutions, and all commercial activities by allowing establishments to advertise through the site or application. The platform provides a space for users to view and utilize these advertisements.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Nasr City. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing customer service and support, making sales, and training new employees.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and effectively communicate information to customers
Proven customer service and support abilities with experience resolving customer issues
Sales experience with an understanding of sales techniques and tactics
Experience training and mentoring employees
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
