Sales Specialist for privilege real estate
Job Description
Responsibilities
Make advertising posts using different market resources to sell the properties.
Visit real estate brokers’ companies and establish relations with real estate agents in these companies.

communicate with real estate brokers (regular visit / call )
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Display and market real property to possible buyers.
Prepare necessary paperwork & sending daily report for the mananger about the work progress.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Min. 2 years of experience in real estate
V. Good English language.

Qualifications:
Detailed oriented & ability to multi-task.
A good knowledge of social media and marketing.
A fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer handling skills.

Salary:- 4000 to 6000 according to experiences & commissions.
Working hours:- 11 am to 6 pm
Location: 1 Makram Ebid, City Light building , fifth floor , Nasr city
