Assistant Manager for Startup Business
A startup business is hiring
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Email and phone correspondence.
Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
Book meetings, summarize pre-reads, and set clear and efficient meeting agendas.
Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Identify, assign and track action items to completion

Handle communication on various channels.
Draft letters, documents, contracts, and proposals in English and Arabic to various stakeholders and institutions.
Run analysis and produce weekly data-driven reports and insights.
Handle sensitive and highly confidential information.
Enforce company rules and regulations in the workplace.
Own and handle office management duties.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Female Only.
2-4 years of experience in the same field
English fluency is a MUST
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization & time management skills
Creative problem-solving.
Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times.

Benefits
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
5 working days.
Monthly Salary 4k – 5K.
annual bonus.
