Legal Administrative Assistant for Emara & Soliman – International Law Firm
About the job
Our Partner “Shoreline Immigration” A U.S. Law firm located in Houston, Texas, with a branch office in Cairo, Egypt seeking a U.S. Immigration Legal Assistant to handle administrative tasks.
About the position:
This is a hybrid position
Full time; 40 hours/week
Working Hours are from 4:00 pm-12:00 am (Cairo Local Time), Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Pay rate is 7500 EGP/month.
Two weeks of paid vacation, including official holidays in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
Assistance with document collection
Document processing (digital file organization, naming, quality control)
Review of client financial information and bank records for investment cases
Review forms and questionnaires for accuracy
Complete tasks assigned in MyCase and Docketwise case management platforms
Draft cover letters and tables of contents for cases
Client communications related to case processing by phone & email
Assist with client case status inquiries via emails and phone
Marketing and networking for Shoreline Immigration Egypt
Write content for Shoreline Immigration website and Social media channels.
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic (speak, read, write) is a must, additional language is a plus.
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
Professional, willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
Attention to details
Reliable internet connection & computer for full-time remote work
Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PDF Software, Email Communications
Bachelor’s Degree – Fresh Grad (AUC or GUC graduates are preferred)
Legal, Marketing, and Sales background are preferable but not necessary.
Excellent Research Skills.
