Customer Service Representative
About the job
We are looking for a Full-time Customer Service Agent to join us at First Cosmetics immediately
Qualifications
min. 1-2 years of experience in in customer service field
Cosmetics field experience is MUST
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Very good computer skills
Max Age 29
Job Description
Supports and provides superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue ensuring full customer satisfaction.
Answers inbound & outbound calls and respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external customers.
Follows the agreed on guidelines, policies, processes, & procedures to ensure maintaining the customer’s data confidentiality
Work conditions
Days 6/week – friday off
Hours 9am to 5pm
