About the job
Position Overview
As HR Coordinator you will provide local HR support to Africa Operation Unit in Egypt as well as support remotely other countries within North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia) in close cooperation with the People Services Delivery Center in Warsaw.
In this role you will be expected to act as the local face of the People Services and serve as its ambassador in local markets to ensure that the operating model of People Services is followed.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent related work experience
Related Work Experience
HR Generalist background and/or experience in shared-services organization desirable
3-4 years of experience in HR administration/generalist roles
Organized and logical and professional in communications with others
English and Arabic (oral and written) communication fluency essential. French would be an advantage.
Focus on timely and consistent execution with quality, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
Being a change agent – ability to live with and manage ambiguity
Curiosity and continuous learning and process Improvement mindset and delivery
Continuous networking with colleagues and clients
Cross-cultural sensitivity
Experience in case management tools usage will be an advantage

كوكا كولا (بالإنجليزية: Coca-Cola) مشروب مرطب يعرف في أمريكا بالـ”كوك” (بالإنجليزية: Coke). وهو ماء مكربن أي مضاف له غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون مع محليات (سكر أو أسبرتيم) ومادة أو نكهة الكولا وكافايين ومواد مضافة أخرى. اخترعه جون ستيث بمبرتون في عام 1886. وهناك مشروب آخر مشابه ومنافس يعرف باسم بيبسي كولا (بالإنجليزية: Pepsi-Cola).
البداية
اعلان كوكا كولا يعود إلى حوالي عام 1890 م
مصنع تعبئة كوكا كولا كندا المحدودة 8 يناير 1941. مونتريال، كندا.
في 8 مايو 1886 تمكن صيدلي أمريكي يدعى جون ستيث بمبرتون الذي كان يملك صيدلية “جاكوبس” في أتلانتا بولاية جورجيا الأمريكية من تركيب منتج بديل للكحول من خلال إضافة ثاني أكسيد الكربون إلى المياه مع محليات (سكر أو أسبارتام) ومادة “الكوك” المستخرجة من ورق الكوكايين ونكهة “الكولا” المشتقة من بذور نبتة الكولا التي تحتوي على مادة الكافيين، وتوصل إلى إنتاج الشراب المعروف اليوم باسم “كوكاكولا”، كان الشراب يباع في سنته الأولى في الصيدلية تحت اسم “نافورة شراب الصودا” بأعتباره نوع من الدواء الذي يقوي الأعصاب ويخفف من آلام الرأس كما يساعد على عملية الهضم حيث كان هناك اعتقاداً شائعاً في تلك الفترة في الولايات المتحدة أن المياه الفوارة مفيدة للصحة، إضافة إلى اعتباره مشروبا منعشا ولذيذا.
