As Call Center Specialist you will…
Manage large amounts of inbound and in-app chat conversations in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Providing the best quality replies and handling complaints.
Support the operations to make sure that workflow is smooth.
Daily follow up on requests made by customers to ensure satisfaction.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Who you are:

Excellent reporting skills.
Excellent communication/negotiation skills.
Problem solver.
Flexibility.
Technical competencies:
English level: Excellent.
From 1 to 3 years of experience.
Call center experience is a must.
