3 – QNB2337 – Business Analytics & Data Sciences Senior Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with various owners within the bank for raw data collections necessary to support the required analysis either (Quantitative or Qualitative) data & liaise with the IT partners for building the different data marts & Bank pool database
Prepare the data mining & variable analysis on the raw data collected from different domains of the bank in order to provide the different analytics insights.
Use the Qualitative & Quantitative data to analyze different commercial & business objective moving from the normal Descriptive Analysis to Predictive analysis.
Analyze “QNBAA internal Structured or unstructured Data to detect different patterns, growth trends, Customer behavior and/or operational efficiency.
Responsible to prepare & provide the various monthly analytics reports & analytics visualization highlighting the possible effect on the bank performance indicators & different business opportunities
Utilize & analyze internal and external data (quantitative or qualitative) to support fact-based decisionmaking while using the drill down analysis moving towards the forecasting – prediction analysis while providing the analytics insights & recommendation.
Identify the needed reports from the bank’s internal sources: OFSA, workflow, scoring system, Delta (Oracle), Contact Center, ATM Data, POS & Operation data, etc.
Based on data Analytics, drive fresh initiatives & recommendations ensuring to be aligned with the bank vision/strategic orientation.
Work closely with Technical Management Division to build the back-bone of the Bank data.
Monitor & follow up on the initiative’s implementation & execution.
Present the insights on the risks and opportunities to the Head of Business Operational Analytics.
Analyze the root cause of any major changes to complement the full picture with the quantitative figures Analysis.
Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International Standards.
Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or Finance.
Min. of 4 years of experience in the same or related fields for Business Analytics & Data Sciences Senior Executive.
Excellent knowledge about Analytical tools
Experience of applying insight to deliver enhanced revenue
Strong analytical background
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure
Excellent computer skills
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
Occasional external visits for full market knowledge.
