Warehouse Keeper at Carlcare services
Salary:3,500 EGP
Job Description
Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1-Receive, pull stock, store, and warehouse inventory
2-Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
3-Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
4-Examine stock and dispose of depreciated and obsolete stock following the organization’s policy
5-Responsible for stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
6-Key departmental orders into the inventory management system
7-Carry out minor maintenance of storeroom material
8-Provide detailed reports on departmental charges
9-Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
10-Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued
11-Preserve records and prepare related reports.
Job Requirements
1-Education and experience: High education, Experience(6 months- 2 Years)
2-Familiarity with the duties of the job is a must
3- Experience in receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of materials, supplies, and equipment or warehousing experience
4-Knowledge: A warehouse storekeeper should be familiar with inventory systems, and storekeeping methods and procedures.
5-Communication Skills: The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is an essential skill required of a warehouse storekeeper. especially for taking oral and written instructions and following established procedures
.6-Computer Skills: they should be able to work with a computer and can utilize purchasing/inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications
7-Dexterity: They should be fit to perform physical tasks such as lifting of heavy objects and also have basic skills needed for performing minor repairs to equipment or materials
