Administrative Assistant

About the job
GWR Consulting is recruiting NOW a female “Administrative Assistant” to join our team in Egpyt- Office in Nasr City

Job Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Provide general support to the Project Manager
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Requirements:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Knowledge in Accounting – preferably Quickbooks
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English and Arabic
From 1-3 year of experience in the field or in a related area
Bachelor Degree in General Business or any related field
Package 4000 – 5000 Egyptian Pound
