Responsibilities :
☆Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
☆Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
PACKAGE :
☆Salary From 4,000 – 6,000
Qualifications :
☆No experience needed
☆Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
☆Excellent to fluent English speakers
☆Flexible with rotational shifts (Door door Transportation for females with Maximum shifts 2 AM)
☆GRADUATES
☆Students ( Gap year and dropouts) only
☆Flexible to Work from office either in 5th settlement or Mohandseen site

Teleperformance is hiring a new position “English Back Office” (Webchat, social media and email only).
Requirements:
English Speakers only ( Excellent – Fluent).
Graduates.
Flexible with rotational shifts.
Salary: 5,000 EGP net.
Overnight allowance 1000 EGP.
