Sarie-Eldin & Partners is seeking a Receptionist:
Tasks and duties:
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for the reception in and out mails.
Take and pass on messages to employees from the clients.
Deal with complaints or problems from the clients.
Schedule / confirm appointments and maintain meeting rooms.
Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
Prepare a daily attendance sheet.
Manage the incoming courier & arrange for outgoing pick-ups.
Responsible for the office boys & messengers errands.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans when needed.
Prepare correspondence and documents.
Update clients databases.
Update the internal contact list regularly.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
University degree.
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills (Arabic, English, and French is a plus)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Eager to learn.
