Shared Accountant – Jumia (Full Time)

Main Responsibilities:

Summarizing and reconciling accounting with operational systems;
Book Group Business accounting transactions;
Perform Group Accounting Reconciliations
Substantiating financial transactions;
Support other group finance teams on regular basis;
You will also assist:
– In the preparation of financial reporting for closing and Auditpreparation

                    - On Audit Requests

                    - Team efforts in other complementary tasks/projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Accounting Bachelor degree;
2-5 Year of Experience in Accounting
Shared Services / Regional Experience is a plus
Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills
Ability to work across all levels of the Organization;
English Proficiency
MS Office proficiency (especially in Excel and any relevant dataanalysis tool)
Microsoft Dynamics Nav knowledge is a plus
