Telecom retail sales manager

About the job
• Preparing the monthly target for branches and cars, dividing it and sending it to the Operations Department.

• Follow-up sales operations in branches and cars on a daily basis to ensure the achievement of the monthly target.

• Periodic follow-up of subordinates to follow up the progress of work in accordance with the instructions and rules of the company.

• Sending the required reports to the head of the sector.

• Communicate with customers in case of any complaints and work to resolve them.

• Make visits to the branches to ensure the quality of the service provided and the progress of work.

Qualifications and skills of the incumbent:

•High qualified

. Six years of experience, including at least three years in the same field

• High skill in leadership and supervision

• High ability to make decisions and assume responsibilities computer skills

• Familiarity with the market and competitors negotiation art
