As a Supply Chain Analyst, your job duties & responsibilities will be to
• Design, support and lead supply chain improvement initiatives across different supply chain areas
• Support automation efforts to ensure team productivity and agility
• Analyze data in order to identify and recommend improvements to supply chain metrics and performance standards using research, supplier relationships, industry knowledge and best practice
• Conduct forecasting and inventory planning to generate demand forecast and purchasing plans, target inventory levels and recommended purchases
• Ensure that forecasting and planning inputs are constantly updated (customer forecast, new product introductions, lead times, etc.)
• Generate purchases and inventory reports, as well as inventory and forecast accuracy metrics for business monitoring
• Evaluate and adjust inventory-stocking levels based on past order history and performance levels in order to optimize costs and service
• Analyze inventory levels to identify and make recommendations regarding excess and obsolete inventory
The ideal candidate will have
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very strong MS Excel skills (VBA and Macros are a plus)
• A winning attitude

In this role, your responsibilities will be
Researching and identifying prospective suppliers in accordance with cost, quality and delivery targets
Liaising with internal project and functional teams
Establishing and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria
Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions in accordance with cash conversion targets
Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving issues
Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
The ideal candidate will have
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills
A winning attitude

In this role, your responsibilities will be
Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets consumption requirements
Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements
Facilitate the forecasting and inventory process through focusing on cross functional communication, direction setting, risk management, and conflict resolution
Ensure that any Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process in place is effective
The ideal candidate will have
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
