E commerce Manager “Gouna Based”
About the job
Orascom Hotels Management is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to assist the E-commerce director in the formulation of online marketing activities through SEM campaigns and enhance the online presence of the company through it’s various websites (SEO).
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Director of E-Commerce in developing and increasing traffic through direct online channels
Assist in monitoring and implementing the full year online marketing and advertising plan in coordinating Marketing department
Supervise Digital Marketing team in creating and monitoring online campaigns across all online channels including third party websites, meta-search, OTA and Review platforms
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) for all websites
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.) and assess against benchmark and goals
Coordinate with marketing department concerning social media activities and email communications handled by them.
Handle various CMS system (WordPress etc.) for content optimization (text and images) and strong knowledge of Search engine Optimization.
In charge of Web development for in-house website projects or coordinating with external agencies when needed for all the technical development of websites.
Handle Booking Engine for content management (images and description, policies etc) and technical set up in integration in website.
Coordinate weekly and monthly reports on productivity and SEO/SEM performance
Research and make suggestion on where/which electronic channels we should invest to get the best return on investment based on available budget.
The department covers 25 properties in 5 different countries
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years experience in E-marketing “Hotels”
Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization processes and Google Ads ( Search, Display, Video Ads)
Good knowledge of WordPress
Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse E-commerce and E-marketing technologies
High understanding of Website performance requirements and how to improve conversion rate
Experience in hospitality or tourism to understand the markets specifics
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication, good writing skills in English and interpersonal skills
