About the job

Role Summary

Process Monthly payroll, personnel payments In Egypt, Iraq and Jordan and maintain accurate employee’s payroll data base in terms of compensation and personal information

What’s On Your Plate?
Run and process monthly payroll and generate payroll sheet for review and approval process.
Validate and enter monthly earning and deductions transactions.
Prepare off payroll cycle employee’s payments based on country labor law and company policy.
Maintain leavers in Payroll system and Prepare end of service payments based on country labor law and company policy.
Ensure and maintain Monthly and yearly Tax and Social security according to labor laws in each country.
Generate time off used from employee self-service and record it in payroll system.
Send Monthly Pay slips to employee’s emails upon payroll manager approval.
Respond to any employees related payroll Inquires.
Report to Supervisor the daily activities and issues.

What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or another related field.
Solid knowledge ERP systems
Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Payroll field and at least 1 year of experience in MIS & RTM (Preferably)
Strong knowledge of labor law.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Accuracy and precise attention to detail
