1 – Property Consultant

About the job
Job Description:

Sells TMG’s properties using comprehensive negotiations.
Maintains positive business relationships and builds rapport with customers.
Reaches out to customers’ leads through referrals.
Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.
Coordinates exerted efforts with team members and other departments to maximize the aspired outputs.
Provides reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services to the direct manager.
Stays up to date with sales market trends, best practices, and promotional trends.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature, shifting/ conveying customers to the concerned department to top off the sales process.
Updates the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the direct manager.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

BA in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
1 – 3 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

2 – Marketing Executive

This role will be handling all marketing activities undertaken by the marketing team to ensure efficiency, synergy, and high-standard results for TMG marketing activities. Also, coming up with new and innovative ways to meet TMG objectives and being responsible for implementing marketing activities to promote TMG projects ensures consistency in all TMG communication.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of the different activities to promote the TMG projects to the target market.
Initiate and pursue different marketing opportunities and study their applicability.
Prepare proposals for different activities highlighting benefits and costs incurred.
Ensure the project’s goals are achieved according to the agreed-upon budget.
Overlooking social media and marketing campaigns.
Assists in directing the efforts of communication and e-marketing to ensure that all marketing output meets TMG needs.
Coordinates with marketing agencies all related marketing needs for the destination.
Assists in organizing (if needed) events.
Assists in writing and proofing texts in marketing flyers and needed materials.
Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity with clear guidelines for all concerned to maintain consistency in TMG corporate branding.
Assists to release figures and project updates to the Investor Relations department and official reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in the marketing field.
Experience in real estate is an asset.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
