Regional Sales Manager (Greater Cairo)
About the job
What You’ll do:
Provide leadership, expertise, and professional advice on sales matters to ensure business objectives are supported with the right sales strategy.
Manage the Sales team, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork, and directing the teams in order to achieve consistent and high-quality performance.
Develop and gain agreements to sales strategies, plans and budgets to support the implementation and realization of agreed corporate sales objectives.
Build, lead and develop a highly motivated, achievement-oriented sales team, capable of meeting targets and profit margin objectives.
Develop and make recommendations for sales team incentive plans to encourage and reward increased sales efforts and revenues.
Provide inputs and participate in the development of pricing, discount, and marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Provide high-level direct sales support to team leaders and sales staff to create win-to-win business situations. Maintains own selected accounts requiring executive-level consideration.
Manage the process of monitoring sales trends and competitor activity to determine the effectiveness of sales plans and strategies. Make necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure that all team members project and protect the company image through high levels of personal presentation, displaying appropriate behaviors and keeping company vehicles clean and well maintained. Ensure all road laws and regulations are complied with and that all driving habits are courteous and respectful.
What you’ll need:
From 6 – 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG
Excellent knowledge of products and markets.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytic and strategic vision
