Identity Access Manager
About the job
Accountabilities:
Control and ensure that all access rights granted to the users is according to the proper approved matrix and job function.
Report & Escalate to the senior management in case of any fraud or access violation on all bank wide systems.
Ensure that the monthly review between HR staff list and current staff job descriptions in order to identify and cover any gab in the staff access to mitigate the expected risk.
Establish / Maintain Security Matrices for ADIB core systems and applications, Analyse business requirements and system functionalities via security rules and control
Evaluate systems user access and review proper access mechanism via users’ job functions / responsibilities.
Applying clean-up processes to validate applications authorizations for Business/Operations departments and IT department as well.
Maintain and Enhance applications security mechanism with IT department.
Establish new Security Matrix for core banking systems and each banking applications, Analyse business requirements and system functionalities via security rules and control.
Evaluate new systems user access and review proper access mechanism.
Analyse users’ access requirements and implementation effects on application performance.
Maintaining security templates with proper access for business need for all bank applications and evaluating users’ access and termination procedures if needed
And any other assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree of economics/commerce or Computer Science
From 12 years’ experience in IT and Operations, of which at least 3 years in managerial position or in a leading international/regional bank.
Job Specific Skills

Strong Knowledge of CBE regulations & Compliance.
Strong background in Operations
Risk Management
Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Bank Products, Operations Processes, Policies & Procedures.

Knowledge of Sharia Compliance to different products of the bank.
