Internship Description
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
The intern will learn: Recruitment Process (Screening, Headhunting & interviewing)
Application Deadline: 3 month
Internship Start date: 30th of August
Duration: 2 Month might be renewable based on performance & business needs
Internship Requirements
Perfect command of English (C1)
Preferably to be Elsheikh Zayed Resident
Fresh Grads are preferred
Commitment to deadlines
Age from 22 to 30
Ability to work under Stress
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
