Legal Counsel
About the job
• Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for
individuals and businesses.
• Analyse legal implications of complex business
transactions, prepare well-structured legal advices
to the decision makers.
• Elaborate skills in drafting or reviewing contracts
and other binding business documents (real estate
related, M&A and commercial contracts).
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and
arguments in preparation for presentation of
cases.
• Examine legal data to determine advisability of
defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
• Confer with colleagues with specialties in
appropriate areas of legal issue to establish and
verify bases for legal proceedings.
• Advise concerning business transactions, claim
liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending
lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Perform administrative and management
functions related to the practice of law.
• Prepare legal briefs, opinions and various legal
documents

Team player
Minimum Qualifications:
Member of the Egyptian Lawyers’ Syndicate
Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Fluent command of English and Arabic in reading, writing and speaking
From 3-5 years of experience (preferably in a law firm)
