Position: Back-office Executive

Posted Date: 28th Sept 2021

Work Location: Ajman/RAK/Abu Dhabi
Languages: English and Arabic (Mandatory)
Nationality: Any nationality (Arabic and English Mandatory)
Emiratization: Emirati National (Arabic and English Mandatory)

Job Description:
· Work activities based on clear processes and controls within an international team
· Direct interfaces to several departments in all areas of the company
· Checking and validating entries and their accuracy in the system based on incoming confirmations
· Assist and coordinate with internal clients based on requirements
· Support applicable administrative activities (back-office based)
· Documentation and report generation as applicable
· Entering actual data in the system in an accurate and timely manner
· Maintenance of Reference Data
· Proactively analyzing and resolving data discrepancies with the internal/external clients.
· Support the establishment of the company functions, processes & policies, including other middle & back-office functions.

Requirement:
· Strong analytical skills
· Time and team Management Skills
· Confidence, presence, resilience and determination to succeed in a dynamic and demanding business environment.
· Good Presentation & Communication Skills
· Experience with back-office tasks and assignments.
