About the job
Analyzes and describes the existing jobs in the company and identifies the appropriate qualifications to fill the jobs, such as the appropriate academic qualification and the duration and type of experience required
Participates in the development of forms for preliminary tests (skill and mental) for job applicants and other forms of employment and performance evaluation
implements the plan to announce the vacant and required jobs in the company and compares between the resumes of applicants to fill jobs to choose the best of them and makes the necessary contacts to determine the dates of the interviews
Conducts preliminary interviews for applicants to fill vacant positions, delivers enrollment forms and skill and mental tests, and informs them of the dates of the next interviews, whether with the Director of Human Resources or with the Director of the concerned department
Delivers to those who are accepted for positions a statement of the justifications for the required appointment and receives it from them, ensures its completeness and conformity, prepares the offer of employment and completes the appointment procedures.
Interviews the resigned employee to find out the reasons for leaving the job and what are the problems that hinder his continuation to try to reach solutions, preserve employment and reduce turnover
Attends various job fairs to obtain up-to-date CVs in various disciplines

Job Requirements

From 0 to 2 years experience in recruitment
Very good English & Microsoft office skills
Nasr City
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
