YOUR ROLE
Post all incoming invoices for third party suppliers and down payments
Validate and calculate tax
Analyze payment on time for vendors, coordinate, and communicate solutions
Implement different invoice verification controls to ensure quality
Communicate with stakeholders and all concerned parties in a customer-oriented manner
Focus on standardization of the process & tools
Your Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
From 0-2 years of relevant AP experience
Fluency in English is a must
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
SAP experience is a plus
