realme Egypt is hiring “Receptionist” at our Service Center Branches
Location: Cairo “Shoubra Elkhema”
**Job Description:

Welcoming the customers
Handling the customers’ complaints
Registering all data on the System ( customer data and mobile data)
Complaint analysis
Troubleshooting
Contacting with the maintenance department
Delivering the mobile to the customer after being fixed
Contacting with the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
Receiving money from the customers
Contacting with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
Reporting to the direct manager
**Job Requirements:-
• FEMALES ONLY
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
• Max Age: 26
