Specialist Demand Planning
About the job
Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
Support bottom up Demand Planning at Cluster and country level to deliver accurate rolling forecast, reports and analysis for business partners, and a standardized approach to monthly IBP process.
Key Responsibilities
IBP (Tactical)
Supports the DP Manager with data for Cluster IBP reviews and other validation meetings to drive bottom up planning in line with the EM IBP monthly DB.
Provides management team and functional teams with demand planning reports to support business decisions.
Supports IBP reporting standardization in line with best practice regional and global enhancements.
Consolidates key assumptions, opportunities and risks in IBP to facilitate Gap closing activities.
Consolidates the monthly IBP data, inputs into IP tool and submits the monthly IBP plan to HUB as per calendar deadlines.
Submission of monthly IBP templates to EM HUB DP as per deadlines.
Operational
Supports DP Manager in operational work and analysis; IBP guidance and targets for RMA and IBP to ILS bridge as input into Buy Plan review.
Supports DP Manager to ensure the accuracy of the Demand Planning article forecast for ILS cut-off.
Supports global teams from local perspective to review operational procedures and test tool enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Degree of commercial and business acumen.
Strong planning skills.
Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment.
Good interpersonal skills e.g. facilitation, team collaboration, and communication skills.
MS Office (Excel; PowerPoint).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry.
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree or equivalent education required
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management
