Head of Brand,Marketing and Corporate Communication
About the job
Looking for a highly experienced senior communication and marketing head, with strong leadership experience have held a head of role, or similar, used to managing multiple clients and businesses at one time.
Have a proven track record of strategy development and operational delivery, alongside technical experience to hit the ground running.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·Responsible for brand management, marketing, communications, charity foundation & CSR, client engagement, CRM, online and digital on the Bank/Corporate function level
·Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation’s mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times
·Develop and oversee the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organisation’s brand and reputation
·Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activities.
·Identify and effectively utilise a range of channels to deliver successful results including above the line, direct and digital marketing.
·In addition to managing ADIB charity foundation governance and activities.
Minimum Qualifications & Experiences:
University/College Degree, with post graduate studies or executive trainings in marketing
Minimum 15+ years in marketing with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Preferably candidates with FMCG and E-Commerce backgrounds
Marketing services and brand management knowledge & experience
Marketing research knowledge & experience
Media Planning, Booking & budgeting knowledge & Experience
Event Planning, event Management & event operational execution knowledge.
Awareness of major events calendar taking place across Egypt for sponsorship opportunities
Job specific Skills & Competencies:
Talented in Value Creation, Design thinking, Innovation, Brand Marketing, Growth Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing Partnerships, Team management, Agencies Management, Research, Negotiation, Budget Management, P&L Management, Pricing, and Collaboration.
