Project Supervisor
About the job
We are looking for a “Project Supervisor” for our group company Nivak Egypt.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The Project Supervisor will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organizations research, development, and product implementation efforts.
Coordinate projects between main office and construction site;
Coordinate and manage all internal planning and construction process of fit-out projects;
Ensures that the company complies with country`s construction laws, standards & regulations;
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation of the used materials;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget;
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Use and continually develop leadership skills;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.
Fluency in English
Good command in AutoCad
Education and Experience:
University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
From 3-5 years of related experience required
