About the job
Creates high performing Customer Service Associates through an effective training delivery through blended learning (instructor led training and eLearning) classes and programs.
Facilitate positive learning environment and balance teaching within given training time while maintaining high knowledge retention
Creates tailor-made curriculum and soft-skill contents to meet learning objectives.
Evaluate associate performance throughout the training program, identify areas for improvement and provide additional educational support/feedback/coaching where needed.
Help associates understand the performance bar and support them to achieve their goals.
Make certification/decertification recommendation as needed
Evaluate effectiveness of training program and curriculum. Constantly looks for opportunities and recommend initiatives that will improve training quality and learner experience
Effectively use educational tools to enhance learning experience.
Stays up to date on changes to business processes and policies, updating training as needed
Regularly reviews the training contents and reports any errors in the training content for correction
Manage and maintain trainee attendance records/schedules, own record keeping/tracking of trainee surveys, quizzes and tests during training period
Responsible to escalate possible new hire attrition and flag poor performance, misfit skills or behavioral issues in training promptly
Communicate with appropriate business owners, other trainers & site managers when needed to ensure that all trainings are conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities
Contribute in training projects/initiatives
Facilitates engagement activities during new hire classes
Audit and analyze bottom quadrant associate performance, develop interpretive insights on performance gaps to do with communication and knowledge areas, and drive recommended corrective actions through group training/individual coaching sessions. Responsible for WoW progression of assigned focus group performance
Partner with site Operations and participate in development of robust quality improvement projects including facilitation of continuous improvement essential activities
Conduct monthly knowledge tests to proactively identify outliers with knowledge gaps and bridge identified gaps via training/coaching

Fluent English, Arabic and German language skills, both spoken and written. Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written & verbal response
Minimum 2-year Training Delivery Experience of Soft Skills, Communication & Technical trainings (products, services and systems). Experience training German learners will be an added advantage
Experience in development of Culture, Communication and Soft Skills training content
Experience in conducting contact audits, identifying gaps and driving performance improvements
Excellent presentation & facilitation skills
Proven knowledge of coaching and development techniques.
Knowledge of all training practices including creating curricula outlines
Proficient in developing charts & reports, dashboards, spreadsheets (Excel preferred), word processing, and E-mail
Has strong preparation, organization, time management, public speaking and classroom management skills
Proven track record of process improvement/project management
Bachelor’s degree or courses and/or certifications in communication, education or related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
Creative problem solvers with strong analytical skills.
Organizational/time management skills.
Experience in development with eLearning modules using Articulate Studio/Storyline
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Basic expertise in SQL, Java, CSS, HTML
