1- وظيفة : SMEs Loans Officer
الغرض العام للوظيفة
تنفيذ كافة المعاملات الخاصة بالتسهيلات الائتمانية الممنوحة للشركات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ومراعاة كافة شروط التعاقد و اتخاذ الاجراءات الكفيلة بالمحافظة علي حقوق البنك،طبقا للموافقة الائتمانية الصادرة
المهام والمسئوليات الرئيسية
تسجيل القيم التسليفية و تطبيق الشروط و التسعير الصحيح لكل عميل
تنقيذ الموافقات الائتمانية وفقا للادارات المعنية او الفروع المختلفه
متابعة الاستحقاقات التي تستحق علي العملاء سواء اقساط القروض او الفوائد المستحقة او وثائق التأمين و العرض علي المشرف و تبليغ مسئول الحساب في حالة التأخير بالمتابعة مع ادارة متابعة الأئتمان
اعداد الاحصائيات الدورية سواء الشهرية او الربع سنوية في المواعيد المحددة
احتساب الدمغة النسبية المستحقة علي العملاء ربع سنويا
متابعة اسعار الأسهم لاعادة التقييم و العرض علي المشرف
القيام باستلام ايصالات الامانة ان وجدت و متابعة استحقاقها و اخطار مسئول الحساب بالاستحقاقات
متابعة استحقاقات وثائق التأمين و متابعة مسئول الحساب بالنسبة للوثائق التي تستحق و ذلك قبل ميعاد استحقاقها و تسجيل الوثائق علي الحاسب الالي بالمتابعة مع ادارة متابعة الأئتمان.
تنفيذ الأعمال اليومية (انشاء القروض , سداد القروض , سداد الفوائد المدينةو الأعمال اليومية )
اعداد تقرير و متابعة للاعمال المتنازل عنها و عرضها على المشرف و متابعة ورود شيك الدفعة لتخفيض الأستخدام بالعمليات المتنازل عنها بالمتابعة مع ادارة متابعة الأئتمان و متابعة الفروع او مركز التحصيل لخصم عمولة المستخلصات
تسجيل الضمانات علي الحاسب الالي و ربطها بحسابات التسهيلات او القروض و مراجعتها يوميا
الموافقة على صرف الشيكات بعد التاكد من المستفيد بالشيك ضمن قائمة الموردين وان الصرف يتم ضمن شروط الموافقة الأئتمانية بعد العرض على المشرف و متابعة مسئول الحساب فى حالة ان الصرف يخل بأى شرط من شروط الموافقة الأئتمانية
أي اعمال اخري يتم اسنادها من جانب الرؤساء
متطلبات شغل الوظيفة:
الحد الأدنى للمؤهل : مؤهل عالي
المؤهلات التفضيلية : تجارة –اقتصاد
اللغات: اجادة اللغة الانجليزية (تحدث-قراءة-كتابة)
الحاسب الآلي : اجادة العمل على الحاسب الآلي اجادة تامة
الخبرة اللازمة : لا يشترط حد أدنى من سنوات الخبرة المصرفية
2 – وظيفة Cash Center Officer
JOB PURPOSE
Handling cash services transactions and ensure compliance with P&P, follow up pending issues with branches and other concerned parties.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
Handling the cash unit transactions / custody according to the bank P&P
Examine cash and process rejected cash as per P&P
Process daily cash requests received & prepare cash needed
Conduct physical cash count prior to transportation / shipment
Execute related transactions system
Cash sorting, fraud notes detection & counting
Preparing cash for the ATM’s replenishments
Handle & process all inquiries, cases and amendments related to pending transactions and ensure all are resolved prior to execution
Preparing all statistics & reports requested from cash unit
Coordinate for the cash shipments between branches/ between other banks – between branches & CBE through the line Manager
Other duties as assigned by line management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
: University degree
Desired education
:in Administrative & Financial Science or relevant discipline
Languages
: Good command of English language for both written and spoken
Ideal experience
No minimum years of experience is required
3 – وظيفة Treasury Back Office Officer
JOB PURPOSE
Handling Treasury transactions and ensure compliance with P&P, Follow up pending issues with banks and other concerned
departments & ensure processing as per Policies & Procedures
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
Receive and check all treasury transactions prior to execution
Execute all treasury transactions & settlements (FX, MM, updating interest & currency rates, Banks transfers) accurately & efficiently as per P&P and approved authorities
Creating all swift payments and confirmations related to treasury transactions
Verify deals confirmations against counter parties’ confirmation
Recording of accruals for treasury bonds at the end of every month
Ensures that all matured deals are liquidated & executed in timely and correct manner
Handling of cash deal memos and send it to the concerned department
Handling and execute entries associated with coupon maturity of bonds and shares
Input currency rates on system and ensure providing all concerned depts.
Processing auctions for T-bills, T-bonds and deposits in various currencies through CBE auction portal system & CSD System
Monitoring the movements applied on various correspondent accounts ( Nostro Cash Flow projection)
Prepare required periodical reports
Handle & process all inquiries, cases and amendments related to pending transactions and ensure all are resolved prior to execution
Other duties as assigned by line manager
