Business Intelligence Analyst
About the job
Understand existing metrics/data availability across our enterprise tools.
Support in the application analysis and data modeling design to collect data for centralized data warehouse.
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Create dashboards and reporting that answers direct questions, support self-service reporting and best practices across non-technical stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Data, and Information Technology teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Leverage Power BI to refine and expand our team’s ability to access actionable data insights.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Advise and advocate for data and reporting best practices across our technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in data analytics related role.
Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with both relational databases and data warehouses.
Extensive experience in using Power BI and DAX.
Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azure Data Factory, Airflow, etc.
Experience with Azure cloud services.
Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large and disconnected datasets.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master’s is a plus.
