? What’s On Your Plate
Develop deep domain knowledge of the partner tribe and team up with the squads to solve the toughest problems
Copy for you isn’t just words – you’ll spend a lot more time understanding the problem space, understanding user flows and working with designers to design delightful customer experience
Taking on content challenges from partner communication via emails and knowledge hub to writing simple and clear copy on our partner software
Own Arabic as well English copy – understands the nuances of localization of Arabic over the MENA region
Ensure content strategy and copy decisions align with the team’s broader roadmap
Plan, write, edit, test and improve the current and new content including user interface language, micro copy, help content, labels, and navigation
Make copy recommendations based on your project’s goals, advocating for clear and concise content solutions that meet user needs and achieve business goals
Bring clarity to ambiguity as you conduct content audits, and facilitate team discussions
Work to evolve editorial and tone of voice content standards to deliver high-quality copy within tight timelines
Continuously improve writing and design processes, knowledge, and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality
Regularly present your work to peers, stakeholders and leaders for review and feedback
Proactively drive cooperation within the design chapter & contribute to fostering collaboration with other departments

Contribute to creative, supportive culture and mentor junior team members
? What Did We Order
At least 3-5 years of experience as a UX Writer or a Content Strategist working on mobile or web products that have been released to the market
Fluent in English and Arabic
Positive, collaborative attitude with a passion for creating, editing and planning online content
A solid history of outstanding writing and a portfolio of strong examples with stories of how your approach and role led to meaningful improvements
An effective problem solver
Deep thinker and natural communicator who clearly articulates their decisions and tells compelling stories that inspire action
Ability to manage multiple work streams in an agile, fast-paced, changing environment
Humble, curious and open-minded with a growth mindset who thrives on continuous feedback and learning
