Ecommerce Manager

Cilantro is currently the fastest growing F&B chain in Egypt with a network of 85+ stores that operate all across the country. The company envisions being the #1 F&B operator in the region, and to do this we’re looking to build a team of superstar “A” players.
Role / Responsibilities
Responsible for successful order fulfillment, from order management & processing to 3P logistics service provider management and customer relationship management – all while maximizing customer satisfaction at every touch-point
Processing: Ensure Pick, Pack and Ship processes are followed correctly, minimizing order preparation and dispatching orders while maximizing resource productivity
Last Mile Courier Management: Manage and liaise with last mile delivery operations counterparts to ensure orders arrive OTIF (on-time and in-full) while constantly maintaining and providing visibility on fulfillment performance
Inventory Management: Work with planning and warehouses to ensure proper inventory management, constantly updating stocks and ensuring re-ordering is on track as appropriate
Responsible for maintaining an organized and safe working environment
Performance Management and Reporting: Responsible for updating logs and reporting accurate processing and fulfillment performance data
Labor Management: Ensure proper staffing, allocation and training for processing team
Continuous Improvement: Responsible for continuous improvement of processes to ensure fastest delivery and least customer complaints (highest customer NPS)
Ideal candidate / qualifications
4+ years of experience in an e-commerce operations role, customer service experience is a plus
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Good written and spoken English language
