Digital Solutions Manager

About the job
Job Purpose:

Working on delivering the digitization agenda at its best. The individual is vital in developing the Bank’s digital product offering & innovation of new digital solutions that would help the bank to be well positioned in this critical area.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with all institutional business unit leads and in perfect alignment with the digital solutions head to ensure proper, timely client delivery from origination until implementation
Initiate new ideas and digital solutions to meet clients’ needs in alignment with the bank’s strategy/vision
Gather the requirements from product team for new products and services.
Review internal processes and propose / implement enhancements to the existing process in addition to digitize/automate the updated process
Handling the products processes & risk assessment with the concerned departments to abide with bank and CBE policies & regulations
Co-ordinate between different internal stakeholders to support customer in post implementation phase
Conduct training and full handover to the Business Implementation team for all developed products, in order to enable them to successfully commercialize digital products and services
Work closely with Business Implementation team on feedback and comments received from clients; develop or enhance products based on customer feedback
Participate in initiatives , reduce workflow cycle “Mandate – Money”
Handling the complex client related problems, though fast & adequate digital solutions
Provide frequent, effective & timely MIS and metrics on progress of projects and deals to the management and the projects’ stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring personal technical knowledge
Provide effective handover at the end of the project to the product leads
Work closely with project management team to deliver the projects within the agreed timeframe, scope and budget
Responsible of business cases, cost benefits analysis and market research to help in product prioritization efforts
Creating client’s forms (agreements & applications ) in cooperation with bank’s concerned departments

Qualifications:

From 6 to 8 years experience in Global Transaction Banking and Digital Banking
Understanding of digital channels
Outstanding communication and presentation
Focused on initiatives and projects deliverables
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker with a vision
Attention to details
