Junior Office Assistant
About the job
You will be responsible for supporting the requirements and the effective administration of document maintaining and logistical support to the Line Manager and the department, systematically improving and organising the filling system and database. Coordinating documents as necessary with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute correspondence, mail, send faxes; record all incoming and outgoing documents.
Assume counter receptionist duties by greeting employees and assisting them with their needs
Maintain filling systems and staff records, in a confidential manner
Monitor office and pantry supplies, and arrange and prepares refreshments and material required for meetings

Qualifications
You should be holding solid literacy and numeracy skills in English. You will need to be able to work effectively in a team as well as being able to self-manage assignments.
Confidentiality is essential.
Previous administration experience is beneficial.
