About The Role

As talent acquisition specialist you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment strategy to help achieving the desired goals locally and globally.

Job Responsibilities

implement and deliver recruitment plans/strategies to support the workforce planning and talent strategy
Stakeholder Management: Interact with internal and external stakeholders by managing, developing and maintaining the communication flow
Partners closely with business leaders to link the organization and hiring strategies to improve our organizational effectiveness while delivering exceptional experience in line with the global TA processes and compliance.
Support strategic projects; engage and lead workstreams in cross functional projects related to TA topics by identifying niche skills required, pipeline for succession planning, to strategically facilitate execution of business programs and strategic workforce plans.
Achieve the assigned hiring goals by executing a recruiting plan
Responsible for capturing and generating reports on metrics on monthly/quarterly basis

Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in HR, or any related study.
4+ years of solid recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong people management skills.
Ability to manage detailed understanding of current and future talent needed to support the strategy of assigned functions
Strong Problem Solving Skills: root cause analysis and demonstration effective of effective solution
Experience recruiting globally would be advantageous
