Category Manager

Job Description
Manage strategic marketing plan for the brands and set marketing objectives & strategy with marketing director and other marketing functions to achieve set market share, revenue and margin targets
Lead brand management team to achieve marketing objectives and strategies.
Lead new product development plans, plan –o-gram implementation and stocklists in cooperation with other functions (R&D-Manufacturing – Supply chain – Sales & finance) to ensure the compliance with the marketing strategy.
Direct pricing strategy to achieve greatest impact while playing a key role into promotion strategy and effectiveness.
Ensure implementation of marketing activities as per the annual planning (new product development, social media, marketing research, consumer & trade promotions, POSM, direct marketing activities) to assure attainment of market share, sales.
Monitor and evaluate success of launches and promotional activities to ensure successful achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS
BA degree in Marketing or equivalent certification
From 7:10 years Marketing, FMCG is a Must.
Excellent Command of English language.
