Modern Trade Account Manager

About the job
Responsibilities:

Achieve yearly volume objectives for Modern Trade businesses while managing/securing compliance to overall and by customer cost/case planned spending to pre-agreed budget.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing functions to create Key Accounts Marketing Calendar and timely and efficiently execute within KA customers securing 100% compliance to pre-agreed activity standards.
Collaborate with team of Account Executives, and Delivery to secure proper coordination of orders and delivery execution while continuously following up with weekly route plans for maximum customer satisfaction.
Manage directly the Business Development Agreement implementations for Key accounts outlets.
Analyze customer needs and opportunities to design and develop best practice Key Accounts Merchandising Equipment and execute in market place in collaboration with Trade Marketing to maximize visibility and access points.
Spend 60% of available time in field with customer visits, Merchandiser, and Delivery Teams work-with to develop the team and secure data reliability.

Requirements:

From 4-6 years of experience in Key Accounts.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Field work experience.
Customer penetration skills.
Analytical skills.
Communication and leadership skills.
