LSM Coordinator
About the job
Responsibilities:
Follow up to assure proper restaurant execution of promotions and market wide sales building programs.
Coordinates in-store sales building activities by providing training and follow-up in areas including, but not limited to, birthday parties, store tours, hostess programs.
Provides training, guidance and support for restaurants to assure customer satisfaction specifically in the areas of store appearance, environment and promotion awareness
Coordinates community involvement activities to enhance McDonald’s image.
Completes monthly recap and evaluations of promotions and related activities.
Desired Qualifications:
Education: University degree in Marketing, Business or related area.
Age: Maximum 28
Knowledge of, sales promotions, sales building activities, and customer service.
Fluency in English is essential.
For Males: Exempted Military Status is a Must with minimum 2 Years
