Ultra Dental Care & Esthetics, a leading dental center known for its advanced technology and commitment to patient care, is seeking two highly motivated Customer Service Agents to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive and welcoming experience. You’ll answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide friendly and efficient support to our doctors and staff.
P.S. we are looking for 1 male agent, and 1 female agent (must be unveiled).

Qualifications:
Fresh graduate or experienced front desk professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Complete availibility for shifts (Morning/Night) and during Weekends
Fluency in English.
Proficient in computer use
Resident of 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed City.
Transportation provided for female employees after shifts.
