Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Vhubs in Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Phone Etiquette
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Attention to detail
English B1 – B2
Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
Work location : New Nozha
Work hours : 8 Hours
Days off : 2
Salary : 8000 Net
