Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Receptionist
What will you do
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate individuals, and take messages accurately.
Take the responsibility of general facility procurement (not production related) – furniture, stationary, and kitchen supplies…etc. to optimize delivery and cost saving.
Responsible for facilitating the employee admin related requirements to meet employee satisfaction.
Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance life cycle requirement to avoid any unexpected facility inoperative.
Review all facility related payments to ensure better premises cleanliness, transportation & services equipment (coffee machines, water machines, etc.)
Supervise the catering company’s activities to ensure the quality level of the services & products.
Handle all the premises contracts (maintenance contracts, supplying contracts and rent contracts) to ensure proper sourcing & negotiation with suppliers till issuing the contract itself in coordination with the legal department.

What will you need
2-3 years of experience in Administrative field
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Time Management
