Role Description
Make Outbound Calls to prospective clients
Conduct cold calls and warm calls to prospective customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Follow up with leads and close sales effectively
Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Support customers when needed

Qualifications
Fluent Conversational English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
Compensation Package:
-Basic: 14,000 EGP + Commissions and KPIs (Up to 20K+)
-Promotions are open after 6 months on the job.
