Job Description
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Complete the required procedures when Guests arrive and leave.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Arrange DHL inbound and outbound shipments.
- Deal with special requests from Guests, and answer their questions about what the company offers.
- Inform other colleagues of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations.
- Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
- Handle any extra duties assigned by the top management.
