Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. You will play a vital role in supporting the CEO’s busy schedule, ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage their workload.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf.
Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Oversee expense reports and ensure timely filing.
Draft correspondence, emails, and reports as needed.
Research and compile industry trends and competitor information relevant to the CEO’s needs.
Maintain a confidential and professional work environment.

Job Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with project management tools a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
A keen understanding of the food export industry is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and additional languages a plus).
