Ibis travel was established by 1987 by Mr. Adel Mohamed Ali, one of the pioneers in travel industry in Egypt. Ibis Travel as a big distinguished Tour Operator. This great firm is matured enough, simply because it has played an outstanding part in the development, improvement and implementation of tourist business throughout Egypt as a unique destination on the map of the International tourist markets So, is not introducing itself here as a new tourist establishment or even evaluate its touristactivities, on the contrary.
This big Tour Operator was established on 1987 and practice all different travel business ever since. It attains an official license No 703, stamped by The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and classified on category (A) as one of the top high grade Tour Operators in Egypt. Ibis Travel is an active member of: 1- The Egyptian Travel Agent Association. 2- World Tourism Organization. 3- The International Association of Travel and Tourism.
Job Description
Handle B2B & B2C Tours packages for groups and individuals.
Handle tailor-made Tours requests.
Interact with clients over the phone and e-mail.
Preparing Rates quotations and Tours Plans Itinerary
Handle contracting with hotels & Nile Cruises
Handle arrangements for flight & Train Tickets, transportation, accommodations, Day tours, activities & Excursions
Handling issuing vouchers.
Prepare commercial invoices for the client and the accounting. Dealing with customer queries, and complaints, and making alternative arrangements for customers.

Job Requirements
From 3 to 8 years of Experience in Inbound tourism.
Excellent command of (English) language, any extra language will be an advantage.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Strong basic computer skills.
Willing to start immediately.
Good user of Microsoft Office suite especially Outlook and Excel
