Job Description
Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
Respond promptly to customers inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
Keep records of customer’s interactions, comments and complaints
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Experience in Real Estate companies is a must
2 + years of experience
Very Good English Level
Presentable
Strong communication skills and able to deal with different types of people
Living in Nearby areas
